GETTING STARTED

Finding a therapist is often an intimidating process. It can feel risky and vulnerable to ask for help, especially from a stranger. I am so glad you are here(!) and I hope I can be helpful and supportive. If you are ready to get in touch, please contact me via tel or email. I am happy to answer your questions, talk with you more about who I am and how I work, and schedule an initial face to face session. Please note: I offer both in-person and telehealth options.

LOCATION

My office is located near Olympia WA

INDIGENOUS LAND LOCATION

My practice is involved in reparations with both Black and Indigenous projects and communities. As part of these commitments, it is important for me to name where my office is located in regards to indigenous occupied territory.

I am currently engaging in my healing work on the stolen lands of the Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla, colonially known as Onalaska, Washington. I would like to acknowledge the past, current and ongoing impacts of colonization and strive to support Indigenous stewardship and leadership.
